• Member Rate (Register before July 15, 2017) $ 225.00 | Additional Attendee:  $200.00
• Non - Member $295.00
• Registrations Received after July 15, 2017/On-Site Registration.......ADD $ 50.00
• Spouse/Guest (Includes Thursday's Opening Reception and Friday's Celebration Dinner)  $ 65.00

• Room Rate: $ 159.00
• There are some rooms for early arrival (check-in Tuesday, July 25, 2017). If you are interested in a late departure (check-out Sunday, July 30, 2017), please contact the hotel as we cannot confirm availabilty or rate.
• Hotel Reservation GROUP RATE Cut-off: July 16, 2017.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: 12:00 PM
• 5-Day Cancellation Policy. You must cancel 5 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 5 days, your credit/debit card will be charged a one night's room and tax penalty.
• Authorization Process Five days prior to your arrival, a one night's room and tax authorization will be processed on your credit/debit card. Please be aware that an authorization on a debit card will remove funds from your bank account at that time.
• Upgrades and Special Requests Please contact the hotel direct at 843-918-5000 for suite upgrade rates, concierge privileges at a nominal fee and other information. Special requests including king beds, connecting rooms, etc. are not guaranteed and will be granted based on availability on the day of arrival.
