The IAEE SE Chapter’s 9th edition of the Technology Exchange features innovative suppliers and thought leaders that will present and discuss their newest technology to show planners throughout the Southeast. Effective technology tools and event experience innovation will allow the industry to move forward to best serve attendees and exhibitors. Experience the present while taking a glimpse into the future of our industry through new and innovative tools. The IAEE SE Chapter’s Technology Exchanges provides three learning objectives:
- Identify and evaluate innovative technology solutions: Participants will learn to identify and assess cutting-edge technology tools and solutions that can enhance event planning and execution. By exploring the presentations and discussions from suppliers and thought leaders, attendees will gain the ability to identify technologies that can improve the attendee and exhibitor experience.
- Understand the impact of technology on the event industry: Participants will develop an understanding of how technology is transforming the event industry and its potential implications for future planning and execution. By experiencing the present innovations and glimpsing into the future, attendees will gain insights into the role of technology in serving attendees and exhibitors effectively.
- Foster creativity and forward-thinking in event planning: Through exposure to new and innovative tools, participants will be inspired to think creatively and adopt a forward-thinking approach in their event planning processes. Attendees will learn how to leverage technology to create unique and engaging experiences for event participants, fostering innovation within the industry.

Driving directions to AmericasMart – Building 2 Parking Garage (Gift Mart)
Driving North on Interstate 75/85:
- Take Exit 248C, Andrew Young International / Freedom Parkway
- Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Andrew Young International Blvd/World Congress Center/Centennial Olympic Park/Aquarium
- Turn left onto Andrew Young International Blvd
- Go to the fifth intersection and turn right on to Ted Turner Drive (formerly Spring St.)
- The entrance to Building 2 – Gift Mart Garage will be on the left.
- Once parked, take elevators to Level A (enter building from this level)
- Follow directional signs to Building 3 Fl 15 for your event.
Driving South on Interstate 75/85:
- Take Exit 249C, Williams Street
- Go to the fifth traffic light and turn left on Andrew Young International Blvd.
- Turn right (almost immediately) on Carnegie Way
- Make the first left on to Ted Turner Drive, NW
- The entrance to Building 2 – Gift Mart Garage will be on the left.
- Once parked, take elevators to Level A (enter building from this level)
- Follow directional signs to Building 3 Fl 15 for your event.
Walking directions to AmericasMart – Building 2 (Gift Mart)
From Peachtree Street or the Peachtree Center Marta Station:
- Walk west (toward Centennial Park) until you reach Ted Turner Drive
- You can enter Building 2/2West from Ted Turner Dr., NW
- (Closest intersection is John C. Portman Blvd. & Ted Turner Drive (formerly Spring Street)
- You will be entering the building via the 1st Floor Lobby; take escalator up to Floor 2
- Follow directional signs to Building 3 Fl 15 for your event
IMPORTANT:
You are also able to access Building 2 & 2West by bridges that connect from all buildings on campus. Once you enter any of our buildings, follow directions signs to Building 2 or inquire at any Security Post location.
